Forgital Groupe annonce la nomination du nouveau Vice Président Sales & Marketing
Forgital Group est heureux d’annoncer la nomination de Dominique Berast comme Vice Président Sales & Marketing.
Né en France, Dominique Berast a une grande et approfondie connaissance du marché Aerospace, en particulier dans la direction des ventes de métaux spéciaux, en tant que Vice Président depuis 1994 de ATI Europe, la société commerciale européenne de l'un des principaux producteurs mondiaux de métaux à hautes performances.
D. Berast a déclaré, en se référant à sa nomination: « Je suis honoré par la proposition reçue par le Dr Nadir Spezzapria et, malgré les difficultés que l'économie mondiale doit passer pour les deux prochaines années, Forgital a un extraordinaire et unique niveau d'expérience et de qualité à proposer au clients. Il ne fait aucun doute que, ensemble, nous pouvons offrir à nos employés et partenaires des extraordinaires succès futurs ».

Forgital Group at Paris Air Show
Forgital Group is exhibiting at Paris Air Show from 15th to 21st June at Le Bourget Exhibition Centre.
The Show is the World’s largest exhibition for the Aerospace sector, and the 2009 edition will be particularly stunning, thus marking a hundred years of technological innovation in aeronautics and space conquest.

2008 Financial Statement approval
Forgital Dembiermont Stockholders approved the 2008 Financial Statement.
The sales turnover is more than 106 million Euro; this result means a 18% increase compared to 2007 general turnover.

Forgital Group alongside the Abruzzo population affected by the earthquake.
On the occasion of the calamity that recently struck Abruzzo (region in the center of Italy), Forgital Group has decided to donate to ANA (the Italian Volunteers Association composed by former members of the Alpine Troops always in front line to help population in case of disasters) a tensile structure that will be used in these months as a canteen and multipurpose area for the people of San Demetrio Ne’ Vestini, where ANA organized and managed one of the largest camps to house the displaced people. The deck structure, with an area of 375 sqm., has already been delivered and installed on 19th April.
San Demetrio, a few tens of kilometers from L’Aquila, is one of the villages hit by the earthquake. We sadly remember that the quake in Italy caused 295 victims and more than 50.000 displaced people.
Forgital Group, sincerely committed to help people in real difficult situations, in the person of its Vice President Roberto Spezzapria said: "We feel we must promptly support the people of Abruzzo and we have joined with enthusiasm the request for facilities by the ANA volunteers, who are engaged on the ground, providing them with a tool that will certainly help them in performing their basic task of support in this hard circumstance, and we remain open to their other needs” .

The esteemed “Platinum Companies & Protagonists” magazine, distributed in 130,000 copies in Italy coupled with the “Sole 24 ORE” and, in English and Mandarin Chinese, through the Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad association, dedicates a detailed article to Forgital Group in February issue. The Group is called "a reference point in the forging of metal components for the global mechanical industry". The editorial underlines the flexibility and the High-level production quality provided to customers, as well as the attention to the environment and working safety. Great evidence has been given to the constant development of human resources through several training initiatives.

Milestone for Forgital Italy S.p.a and for the Italian high tech forging industry.
Forgital Italy S.p.a. and Rolls-Royce P.l.c. executed a risk and revenue sharing agreement for the production and supply of the forgings for the Fan Case Module of the Trent XWB engine which will power the new Airbus A350 XWB family of aircraft.
This agreement marks Forgital’s first risk and revenue sharing relationship with Rolls-Royce, a world-leading provider of power systems and services for use on land, at sea and in the air. The decision follows an extensive selection process and strengthens Forgital’s international reputation for technological skills, international experience and the passion of an Italian forging company.
Forgital is very proud to have been selected for this exciting challenge, which represents a new starting point in the industrial development of the Group.
This remarkable achievement is evidence of the strength of the industrial strategy followed by the Forgital Group and confirms the leadership of the Forgital Group at the highest levels of the forgings sector.
